When you fill out our contact form or AEO scoring tool, we collect your name, email address, business name, phone number, and any other details you choose to provide. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and to follow up on services you've expressed interest in. We do not sell or share this information with third parties.

2. Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, we use analytics tools that collect standard web data — pages visited, time on site, referring source, device type, and approximate location (city/country level). This helps us understand how people find and use our site so we can improve it.

Google Analytics 4 — We use GA4 to understand traffic sources, page engagement, and whether visitors convert to leads. Google may use this data in accordance with their own privacy policy. IP addresses are anonymized by default. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

GA4 and Clarity set cookies in your browser to distinguish visits and track sessions. These are analytics cookies — they are not used for advertising and we do not run retargeting campaigns. Contact form submissions and AEO scan results are stored securely in Supabase, a hosted database service. We retain this data to track service improvements over time for clients who engage us. We do not retain data for visitors who do not contact us beyond what Google and Microsoft collect through their analytics platforms.
